Nueva obsesión: pizza poolish✨ Desde que llegas el trato es muy amable y puedes ver al chef en acción. La perfecta representación de UMAMI hecha pizza, me parece que es mi favorita y les recomiendo que la prueben, hermosa, liviana y llena de sabor. Además le han dado un toque increíble a un clásico, la pizza de pepperoni es todo lo que necesitas cuando mueres de antojo por algo que llene tu boca de felicidad. El centro es una alberca de sabor, la orilla ligera y llena de burbujas te permite chopear toda esa deliciosa salsa que corona a la pizza.

I’ve traveled and lived in Italy in different times of my life, plus I’ve lived in two Italian quarters; one in Boston and the other one in Rochester NY. I profusely enjoy food when is exquisite quality disregarding the quantity….. This PIZZA spot is high quality as if I would be in Naples!!!!!! Every ingredient is to detail, the size, presentation and cleanliness encourages to come back immediately. I always say: I will try to never be back or to always come and highly recommend! And this place is to always come and enjoy high end quality pizza!! Congratulations To the Owner!!!! For those that want to have an Italian experience please go to this spot!!!! God bless you...
