The coffee is very good good taste and consistence. The only problem I have is the lady the process the payment she needs a little more of attention to the customer. My bad experience is that I don’t know about they have another card machine to process my payment when I pass my credit card twice, the machine did not except it so she asked me if is international credit car I said yes and she make those kind expressions that make me uncomfortable as a customer. All I ask is a coffee but thank you for the service that’s all...

So much potential here. Good coffee, relatively inexpensive. The food is sandwiches they microwave -- and all are generic, a bit like airplane food. But their biggest challenge is the location -- a very loud street on one side, idling trucks, vans, and taxis on the other, and their way of countering the traffic noise by playing music very loudly in the space. It could be fabulous here, but the ambience is very challenging -- I would hope that the city closes the zócalo off to traffic to give the town at least...

El café es el típico de un Punta del Cielo, pero el trato que nos dieron los responsables de la sucursal fue pésimo. Una cafetería está diseñada precisamente para ir, tomarse un café tranquilamente y poder platicar. Desde que llegamos nos dieron el menú y nos presionaron para elegir rápidamente nuestras bebidas. Todos los que íbamos ordenamos una, y cuando aún faltaban personas para terminar (a los 30 minutos de estar ahí) nos empezaron a retirar los vasos e insistentemente nos preguntaban si íbamos a ordenar algo más. Llegamos al punto de tener que indicarle al mesero que de verdad no necesitábamos nada (pues en un transcurso de 30-35 minutos visitó nuestra mesa 3 veces sin que nosotros llamaramos, insistiendo groseramente).
