While traveling it has been challenging to find a restaurant that can also satisfy my vegan friend, when we wandered passed El Jarden de la Abuela we read their menu and we're pleased to see a few vegan friendly options. While we were reading a server came out to greet us and when we told him our friend is vegan he was confident and quick that the beet tacos would be perfect for her. Wanting to assess our options we surveyed the next few restaurants only to return to Abuela's. Once sat we ordered drinks, I got the best piña colida ive ever had and we ordered bruschetta to start . Once we finished the brushetta they surprised us with a taster of their house soup... Absolutely delicious, I could have cancelled the rest of my meal just to eat more soup. Since the soup had cheese and cream in it the server came back with a custom beet salad for our vegan friend- she really enjoyed and appreciated it. For our mains we all had some sort of taco ( fish, beet, shrimp and beef) and all were delicious ! We finished dinner with wine and enjoyed the cute outdoor patio we were sitting on. The service was fantastic, fast and friendly ! We would recommend this place...

Hace poco tuve la oportunidad de comer en un lugar que me sorprendió de principio a fin. Desde que llegué sentí una vibra muy especial: un ambiente tranquilo, lleno de vegetación, detalles rústicos y una decoración que combinaba perfectamente lo acogedor con lo elegante. Es de esos sitios que no se anuncian mucho, pero que tienen algo mágico que se nota apenas entras.

La atención fue uno de los puntos más altos. El personal fue increíblemente amable, siempre pendiente pero sin ser invasivo, con una sonrisa y un trato muy humano. Se tomaron el tiempo de explicarnos el menú, responder nuestras preguntas y hasta hacernos algunas recomendaciones personalizadas. Eso se agradece muchísimo.

La comida, simplemente deliciosa. Probamos una entrada para compartir, dos platos principales y un postre casero que fue la joya de la noche. Todo estaba perfectamente sazonado, con ingredientes frescos y sabores bien equilibrados. Lo que más me gustó fue que no era la típica comida de restaurante comercial: aquí se nota que cocinan con cariño, como si fuera para su propia familia.

El jardín al aire libre fue otro punto que me encantó. Comimos bajo la sombra de los árboles, con una brisa suave y el sonido de la naturaleza alrededor. Ideal para desconectar del estrés de la ciudad y disfrutar de una buena conversación, sin ruido, sin prisas.

Es difícil encontrar lugares que combinen buena comida, atención cálida y un ambiente tan especial. Este sin duda lo logró. We went for a late breakfast and they stayed open for us. Great service , only outside seating, but very pleasant. My husband had Chicken Enchiladas in a fabulous creamy green sauce. It was delicious! I had something called Huraches, which was like a thick tortilla oblong that had black beans, chicken, crema, avocado and other goodies. It came with a salad on the side of the plate and was very filling. Can't say anything negative as it was all good. Hope we have time...
