1st visit. Awesome views, decent food, live music, slow service. More expensive than other street foods obviously, closer to American prices. No locals eat here, only tourists.
Came back a second time. Terrible service. Super bad music... playing lame American songs, singer was saying the f word at the audience despite mixed families there. Then after playing their crappy music, they can around and asked for money. Super slow service despite the poor waiters running back and forth. I ordered the pineapple cut in half that was filled with shrimp. It took nearly an hour to get. The waiter apologized and said 'the kitchen was really bad tonight'. Hmm. Then when it arrived the shrimp were completely raw. I mean completely. Then they tried telling me it was cooked by the lime juice... Yeah I've had ceviche before....but never looking like this. It was still completely grey like I had just pulled it from the shelf... Looked like they had just sprinkled lime juice on it. I decided not to eat it for chances I didn't want diarrhea the rest of my trip so I sent it back. Then they tried telling me I had to pay for it. After several consultations with the other waiters they decided to let me order something else the same price. I ordered the coconut shrimp, making sure they were cooked of course. After another 10 minutes they came back and said they were out of shrimp. I guess I'm used to American customer service. The waiters did take it off my check and make it right so kudos to them, but I probably won't be back again. Too many other great places to eat around here to waste another 2.5 hours.
Guacamole appetizer is maybe one avocado smashed and they charged $89 pesos (4.78 USD). That's a mega rip off. I bought a bag of 5 avocados at Sorianas for a buck fifty.
Drinks were decent and cheap.
Waiters are genuinely nice but something is amiss here. Pinot and Jorge were very nice.
If it's your first time in Puerto, I'd give it a chance, maybe you'll have better luck than us... Apparently lots of people love this place. We didn't, even...

We had an awful experience with our 5 meals here.
Our chips were so old and rancid that if the oil smell didn't stop you the chip sure did... the chewy tortilla couldnt be bitten through!
The ceviche was presented nice, portion was appreciated, but the fish was dry.... like lime juice which is dangerous for raw fish... one lady began to eat it and after a few bites the food began to make us feel regrettably ill.
This continued with the steak taco, chicken taco, fish taco.... tortilla soup... how can these be off??? It was the meats.
I always call to talk with the restaurant before leaving a bad review.
We had a employee at first who wanted to help us try again, she was very kind.
Unfortunately, the second person told us to grab the food and bring it back over if we wanted help. (We are staying next door and took food to go)
Well, my 4 other ladies were napping for fear of illness and I'm not walking 5 meals back that needs to be in the trash.... 🤔
Loved the band, food is sus, and the price of an uneaten meal was at tourist prices for sure.
Good luck ! I would recommend a shot...
