Dining at Blanca Blue inside Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, every moment felt thoughtful, elegant, and personal.

Manager Elaine made sure everything was seamless and perfect, while Hostess Hanna always welcomed us with the warmest smile and remembered us by name, which instantly made us feel special. Chef Rodrigo prepared some of the most delicious food we’ve ever tasted—each dish was beautifully crafted and full of flavor.

We also want to recognize the incredible staff: Mario, Beto, Alexis, Pablo, Andres, Ronaldo, Omar, and Jorge. Each of them went above and beyond to provide excellent service, always attentive and kind, making us feel like we were more than just guests.

I wish I had gotten more photos of this place as we ate here most of our time at Garza Blanca. The first time we came for an after dinner drink and an appetizer. Javier, i believe, was an amazing server! 10/10. He was friendly and attentive. He offered us guacamole which they make tableside and it was really good! Fun to watch him make it as well. We came here almost every morning for the breakfast buffet. It has a much bigger variety than Bucados. The food is fine, nothing that blows you out of the water, but good enough. They have an omelet, waffle and crepe station. They have a variety of Mexican and American dishes. Again, everything was fine. A theme through-out the resort was the food lacked seasoning. I'm not sure if they do that to accommodate all the white people because I know they are good at seasoning...

If you are staying at garza blanca with all inclusive, come here for dinner! This was our FAVORITE restaurant out of the many options. They make fresh guacamole in front of you, and the entrees and dessert are 💯Juventino and Alvaro will be sure to take good care of you during your dinner :) Mucho Gracias...
