During our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta, we had the pleasure of dining at Hiroshi restaurant—not once, but three times in a row! This wasn’t just because the food was exceptional (though it truly is), but because of the incredible service provided by Miguel, Alejandra, and Diego Silva.

Miguel, who we were thrilled to see again after meeting him last year, exemplifies warmth and hospitality. He has an amazing ability to personalize your experience, making you feel like a VIP every time. Not only did he create a divine cocktail for me and provide spot-on recommendations throughout each meal, but he also organized a wonderful birthday celebration for both my husband and I. With our birthdays only a week apart, Miguel made it so special and memorable, going above and beyond to make us feel celebrated.

Alejandro and Diego were equally fantastic—attentive, kind, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The three of them worked seamlessly as a team, making every moment feel effortless and extraordinary.

To top it all off, Miguel surprised us with a thoughtful “Enjoy Your Trip” dessert on our last night. It was such a sweet gesture and the perfect way to end an incredible series of meals.

Of course, the food at Hiroshi is spectacular—every dish a masterpiece of flavor and presentation—but Miguel, Alejandro, and Diego elevated the entire dining experience. They made our trip so special, and their service alone is reason enough to return to Hiroshi again and again. Bravo to the team for setting the bar so high—you’re the best!

From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was nothing short of mesmerizing. The blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics with a modern touch created an elegant and inviting atmosphere. However, what truly stole the show was the panoramic view of the beach - an incredible backdrop that enhanced our dining experience tenfold.

The menu was a symphony of flavors and artistic presentation. Each dish, meticulously crafted and bursting with freshness, was a testament to the chef’s expertise. The sushi selection was divine, offering a delightful mix of traditional and innovative creations that danced on our taste buds. The sashimi was impeccably fresh, melting in our mouths with every bite. The attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the experience, providing impeccable service without being intrusive. Their recommendations and insights about the dishes further elevated our...

How do I say food poisoning. Yep 3 members got food poisoning here. We had dinner reservations. Got seated and it went down hill from here. Lousy service, so slow I saw a snail moving faster. Other tables came in and were eating sooner than we were. When we got the starters they were on time. Then we waited. It was so long the seasons changed. When the food did arrive those that had sushi all got sick. The fish was warm as in sat under a heat lamp warm. Didn't taste right. We all ate two bites and stopped it tasted so wrong. We waited and waited and finally I had to go up grab the bill. Saw the manager and told him worst meal ever. since we were on all inclusive there was nothing he could do I told him that the fish was bad to the point I bet I could call him and tell him we were sick. We all were by midnight sick. We would/will skip here...

I honestly wasn’t expecting much as it’s a Japanese restaurant in Mexico. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was pretty tasty. The service was great, a little slow getting entrees out but nothing to complain over as we had good drinks and a beautiful view! For starters we had the crunchy tacos and seafood dumplings. They are a little chincy as you only get 2 small dumplings and the taco dish is ordered by eaches. I recommend added the ginger, wasabi and soy sauce as it’s good but slightly bland. Entrees were Tako, Magura and rainbow roll. All were pretty decent. They each had a Mexican spin on them. I would suggest you go try this place out. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when I found out it was part of our all inclusive at GB as I didn’t think it was.
