In the past before moving to their new location this restaurant was one of favourites….the new location is great. However they must have a new chef and/or kitchen staff. The time before last we ordered steak medium like always and it was over cooked. Last night my wife ordered the Thai lettuce wrap ….it was not anything like any lettuce wrap we’ve ever seen before…it was awful. Simply a poor effort by the kitchen staff. I ordered the chicken parmigiana…another big disappointment. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked the day before and just reheated….the fettuccine pasta was placed on top of the chicken with a glob of spinach on top of that. The pasta had no condiments and it was cold. Lousy presentation. I couldn’t finish my meal. Folks, this used to be a good restaurant…the wait staff is still top notch BUT!! The kitchen staff has to improve…that’s no CHEF running...

Last night we went to the Blue Rose Bistro. We were greeted by a very attentive staff. I started with the Beet and Mezcal Margarita and also had the Cucumber Margarita. We had the Walnut shrimp which were delicious..and who doesn't like deviled Eggs..Theirs were artistic and Delicious. I had the Cucumber soup which is served cold and very frothy so it's very light and refreshing. Its served with a garnish of Avocado and Cucumber with a EVOO Drizzle. I will start by saying..I do not like filet as a steak..But theirs was delicious. I Got the Bleu Cheese with Shrimp. The Bleu Cheese made it richer and more flavourful. The shrimp were Delicious almost crisp..and seasond so perfect.. it was a perfect dinner. The Owner came over to introduce herself which is always nice. Thanks Fred Tolodziecki In El Dorado San...

Perfect right from the beginning; we were greeted warmly, seated promptly, drinks arrived exactly as ordered and they were beautifully presented...Pink Lady and a Cucumber Margarita. The serving staff were lovely and the food was good. The Beef Filet Grilled Cheese Sandwich was very tasty if a bit messy. If the quality of the thinly sliced filet is any indication of their steak items, I'm in! Fries were small, crispy and well-seasoned. The Shrimp in Lettuce Cups was very tasty but also messy...odd lettuce leaves for such a dish as they didn't 'fold' well; it worked better chopped and enjoyed as a salad. Both above orders, two Pink Ladies and a Coffee Americana cost 670...

Juan was a fantastic server with excellent english, super friendly and knowledgeable. Hibiscus and raspberry margaritas were both very good. Tomato soup was great. Beet salad was good, but I would get one of the other salads next time. The cobb, greek, and small beet salad were very large, had lots of olives and other good ingredients. The Key Lime Pie was great, best one I've had outside of the Keys, and better than most I had there. Love the atmosphere, furniture, and decorations here, but I would say that there is a lot of traffic when you come, then you probably should try to eat inside, we started outside but the heavy trucks etc weren't super relaxing for dinner.
