we were a group of 9. We ordered 2 bottles of baneltines PAID IN FULL WITH A TIP. An at the end were met with the full check with the 2 bottles on the check an a couple of drinks we already paid. This place is just trying to catch drunks with no mind of financing there night. Scammed to the fullest cause they tried to charge us something we already paid for. Este lugar se ve tan bueno por fuera que a uno le dan ganas de entrar. Vi otras sucursales mejores y si se ven padres. Esta pésima al ingreso te revisan todo carteras mochilas etc. Al ingresar estaba vacio y queriamos sentarnos cerca al balcon como la mesa era de 6 y eramos solo 2 la mesera nos movio al casi fondo y nos dejo sin tomarnos la orden como 1 hora y no exagero y eso que pedimos atencióm varias veces. Al fin toman la orden tarda otra media hora en llegar. La hamburguesa mas o menls aceptable el resto pibil cochinita torta ahogada etc todos pesimos. Los tragos el de frutos rojos mas o menos. Pese a eso queriamos pues tomar cerveza en lata o marcas conocidas pero ya que estabamos ahi no movernos y buscar otro lado pese que ahi hay 10.000 lugares para ir. No nos atendian y cuando pedimos la vuenta otra tortura. Al final trajo la cuenta y el mesero dijo es 30% de propina Nosotros habiamos calculado e incluso ni propina merecia pero si habiamos calculado a 15% de propina a lo que esto el mesero dice es 30% horrible su atención y cuando no le dimos ese 30% y pese no esta nadie obligado a dar propina se puso intenso. Horrible una mala experiencia no aconsejo ir ahi. Estan tantos lugares cerca y lindos y mejores y con mejor atencion vayan a la cerveceria chapultepec si quieren algo asi y esta mil mil veces mejor. Like the place but they will lie, cheat and steal. They will put random stuff on the bill and say there is a bucket of beer price, when there isn’t. Just watch them like a HAWK! One last thing… 10% tip is really generous for bad service. Don’t ask for more or threaten to charge card for more. I gave you 1/2 star for location and 1/2 star for the door guy being friendly.
