Boulangerie Central Chapalita — Restaurant in Jalisco

We had the great fortune to visit this amazing french breakfast restaurant.

The produce was immensely fresh and flavorful. The cooking done so, to perfection. The service, very professional, attentive and we were well taken care of the whole time from the whole staff.

I had the Omelette Pastrana, stuffed with pastrami and cheese on a bed of this most flavorful salsa with roasted bellpeppers if I remember correctly. My boyfriend had the Reuben Sandwhich with extra bacon on the side. He's had that one several times and it never disappoints. My friend had Huevos Tunecinos and he loved it! I tried everyones dish and let me tell you - they do not disappoint.

Not only did the food taste great but the coffee as well. I am a coffeegirl so I really do appreciate when the cup of coffee feels like a velvetglove-punch in the stomach. Absolutely delicious and a tad fruity. I wish they had these types of restaurants where I live in Sweden, I'd be there...

This guys are really sick about cooking amazing breakfast 🍳 But my family faced with a parking issues. The second time we came here by car and I tried to find parking spot around, and once I found it the men who is responsible for the parking (as I discovered it later) come and didn't allow to park the car on the spot I found. Then I asked if there is any other place where we can park the car, because we come to their restaurant. Hi said no. So we had been looking for the other spot like 15 minutes around that area and spend some time to walked with a baby to got to the restaurant and guess what that men was a parking service person. That drove me nuts. I don't know what was his motivation to not offer us the parking service but that was...

Everything is absolutely delicious and perfectly executed!!! Perfect place for breakfast The flavours are excellent combined, they're clean and you can identify the ingredients to create a marvelous mix in your paladar Loved the green juice. So fresh! They seem to be expert in creating tasty dishes with eggs in its different presentations As for the bread... Wow, all by itself is delicious, you won't regret trying any of them.
