I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurante Save Ave. in Guadalajara, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The food was truly delicious, and I'd like to highlight a few standout dishes.

The Tostada de Aguachile Negro was a masterpiece – the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the freshness of the ingredients shone through. It was a delight to savor every bite!

The El Chicharrón was cooked to perfection, with a crunchy texture that was simply addictive. I'm still dreaming about it!

The Ostion Shot was a revelation – the flavors were so rich and intense, it was like a party in my mouth. I couldn't get enough!

Overall, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. If you're looking for a great dining experience in Guadalajara, look no further than Restaurante Save Ave. I'll definitely be back to try more of their delicious offerings!

We did have a chance to enjoy the food nor the atmosphere because the staff ruined our experience. We specifically selected this place because of the kids area. However, when we showed up, there was no one site to watch the kids area. That was fine. We could watch our own child. But, when the staff member showed up late, rushed and stressed, she took it out on our child. Our child has autism, and we clearly communicated to her. She mistreated him, was rude to us, and would randomly leave and come back with an angrier attitude. We left mid meal, paid for everything but our afternoon was ruined by this horrible experience. Wonderful people that catered to my rather strict diet. No, carbs, no meat. The english speaking waiter substituted rice for vegetables and made sure that I had the olive oil that I requested. I could have done without the whole peppercorns on my salad that were impossible to crush with a salt shaker and the cauliflower could have been checked a little bit better for quality. But otherwise the food was amazingly delicious and the fish was spiced to perfection. I do wish the open terrace was set back or above the busy frontage road, where noisy motorcycles were trying to rattle your teeth during dinner.
