BRISKET HOUSE GDL — Restaurant in Jalisco

Lugar bastante escondido pero muuuy agradable, se ubica a unas cuadras de Plaza Ciudadela, el lugar se divide en 2, el primero es 1 local para ordenar tus pedidos para llevar y a 10 metros está el restaurant para poder comer ahí, aunque es chiquito, sin problema puedes comer ahí con tu familia, el servicio se lleva 5 ESTRELLAS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 todos, absolutamente todos los que trabajan ahí te atienden muuuy bonito, si es tu primera vez, puedes acercarte y pedir degustación para saber QUÉ te gustó más y QUÉ menos, ya sobre eso puedes armar tu pedido, o bien, puedes pedir alguno de los paquetes que tienen, yo pedí un "Texas 5" para llevar y sin problema como ahí mismo te especifican pueden comer de 5 a 7 personas, pagué $925 pero vale totalmente la pena por el Brisquet, El Baby Rack (Costillas) y el Pulled Pork, lleva también Salchicha pero honestamente no me gustó en comparación con las otras 3.

Sí quieres para 2 o 3 personas sin problema el "Texas 3" es el ideal y creo cuesta $550

La experiencia aunque fue para llevar fue muuuuuy padre porqué repito, tanto las 2 chicas del local "para llevar" como los del restaurant te atienden como rey y súper serviciales. La degustación fue un plus!

Por último cuentan con postres diferentes... el que todo mundo llevaba ese día fue el postre de Plátano (es como un pay tipo mousse), lo compré y déjame decirte que..... ES UNA DELICIA!!! Vale totalmente la pena y la rebanada si mal no recuerdo sale en $75 y el postre/pastel completo sale en $600

Muy padre la experiencia en todos los sentidos.

Ojo, mi recomendación es ir temprano (1, 2 pm) porqué en esos 15 minutos que duré ahí estaba prácticamente lleno el restaurant y para llevar llegaron en ese ratito unas 15, 20 personas diferentes a hacer compra. Entonces para que alcances y puedas probar de todo y comprar de todo, trata de ir temprano, cierran creo a las 6 o 7 pm.

They have great fast service. The brisket is top notch and super duper tender and well seasoned before smoking. Their two sauces have a rich texture and flavors that pair perfectly with their house rub. The Cole slaw is different from what you expect and is delightfully not runny. The mac and cheese is saucy and suitable . I'm very impressed to have Texas BBQ of this quality in Mexico

If you are going alone, ask for a smaller portion as the menu lists portions for more...

This place is awesome. I don't know Texas personally, but I think that the owners lived there for a period of time. This is what I think Texas barbaque tastes like the brisket is incredibly tender. The ribs just fell off the bone and the pulled pork made me go back for more the following day. If you are in the area, you have to check this place out.
