Café Barra Café — Restaurant in Jalisco

Food is good, not great: I was quite disappointed of their dinner dishes, I have tried their chilaquiles, huevos divorciados and egg Benedict’s and they are just ok.

Coffee and lattes are 8/10, it is quite great and I’m pleased to know it is not a Nespresso cup of coffee/ latte. Just realized there name is Coffee Bar Café ☕️ 🥰

Bread: Altho I am not convinced it is freshly made, it is better than most of their their dishes and are the perfect match for a 8/10 coffee/ latte 👍

Service: It’s a meh to me. In fact perhaps mostly disappointing, it is slow, when there are just a few clients in the morning waiters seem to just be waking up and are very slow, when it’s pack it is just worse, also they really don’t check in on their tables to ofer their service all that much. I was also given the rong latte a few times and had to remind the waiter of my other orders.

⚠️ During these difficult COVID-19 times I was both surprised and disappointed of the bad use of waiters face mask 😷👎. Carelessly allowing their nose to pop out the mask, which now that I think about it makes me wonder about the proper use of the face mask over the kitchen and the constant sanitization of their had gloves. Note this restaurant seems to be operating at 100% capacity and has not bother to properly distance tables from each order.

The places serves breakfast foods all day with a wonderful variety in there menu as well as their coffees and lattes. I ordered the "enchiladas suizas" as well as the "flamingo chai" both of which were delicious and served at the right temperature.

Waiters are a bit distracted but if patient you will receive excellent service and kind treatment.
