Cafe de Olla tasted of plain water. Spoke with barista about displeasure. Was told it's fine, they follow a recipe, to add sugar. Two sugar packs and a shot of creme de tequila later it still lacked flavor. Spoke with a female barista and was told to pay for a second shot of coffee. I disputed paying a second time for bad coffee. The manager directed the barista to fix the coffee. She did in an unashamed display of arrogance, slamming things, huffing and rolling eyes. Esta franquicia es de mis favoritas. debo decir que cada una de ellas en algún punto tienen detalles diferentes, incluso en sus postres. Esta en particular es pequeña. hay una sala que ya necesita una renovación, la verdad. Un par de mesas complementadas con muebles a la pared. Cuatro mesas con sombrilla en la parte de afuera. Mis visitas han sido varías. Mantienen un rango bueno en sus preparados. Y me refiero a un frappé con hielo duradero, un chai con un sabor fuerte. Un café bien preparado que no se sienta oxidado. Limpieza pudiera estar mejor… creo que si necesitan trabajar en ese punto. Tienen sanitario, nunca lo he usado. La atención del personal es buena.
