The speed of the workers was extremely slow, took me around 20 mins to get a burger and fries. The food was really yummy though, and overall I’d give the food and service 3 stars. However, the reason for my high review is because this carls Junior is the only spot in the airport (pre security at least) with couches and charging ports. I’ve been stuck in the airport for a while due to a delayed flight and the employees didn’t kick me and my friend out even though we slept on their chairs for most of the night and took over an entire table for most of the day, even though we didn’t order anything until a little bit later. If it wasn’t for this location, we would’ve had a much worse time at this airport, considering that we’ve been here...

Three of us ordered three burgers and a friend ordered another (two orders). Two burgers came out at first and we thought she was going to get the other but she came out with the friend’s burger. We told her we still need another burger (we showed our receipt) she said one minute. That minute turned out to be 10 and then they forgot altogether. So two of went up to the counter to complain. We had to stand there and complain for another 10mins before the manager came out and then she finally made our burger. It’s like they didn’t believe and then just started ignoring us. This franchise is very poorly run!...

Worst Carls Jr ever. Really poor service, our flight was delayed and the airline offered us an amount of money to dinner here, the responsible in charge was not respecting the amount. After 30 min arguing they agreed to our order… the ordered came incomplete. We waited additional 25 min and then we asked again and turns out that they forgot our order… taste not good either. Definitely not going to...
