Years ago, the hamburgers served in this place were quite the novelty. Mainly because they are grilled over a fire pit and are a good size larger than typical burgers. Also, they aimed to offer more unique toppings than the run of the mill American burger chains like McDonald's, Burger King and Carl's Jr.

Unfortunately, the management has settled for hiring very young, immature workers who often work with an attitude and disdain for having to serve customers. I don't blame the young employees as much as I blame the managers and owners for their negligence in making sure their employees are well trained in customer service routines and courteous behavior. Which customer enjoys having to deal with a cashier who has a grimace and unfriendly attitude while ordering food? It's as if the cashier RESENTS that the customer showed up with the audacity to buy a burger. Not only has this happened to me on several occasions with different employees but I've seen how they treat other customers while waiting in line. El lugar ya no es el mismo que desde su inauguración años atrás.

Los empleados trabajan y atienden con actitud inaceptable por un restaurante que cobra altos precios. Los clientes dispuestos a pagar suelen tender expectativas más altas que el trato que se recibe en este sitio localizado en la zona centro.

Recuerdo que en sus inicios los empleados no solamente demostraban un afán por sus hamburguesas pero por atender al cliente dispuesto a patrocinar un lugar de hamburguesas mexicanas, que no fuera una cadena americana como McDonald's o Carl's Junior.

Es tiempo de la gerencia regresar a sus raíces y volver a entrenar a sus empleados a controlar sus actitudes inmaduras y de poco respeto al cliente. Ellos son la cara de la empresa y eso se debe...
