Food: was terrible. I'm talking 2/10. We ordered chicken enchiladas and the cheese looked tasty, toasty brown/melted. It was cold and broke in half. Food was flavourless and tasted like it was pre cooked about 3-4 days before. Don't be fooled by the pictures.
Service: it was decent but they add 10% tipping, which is unheard of, in most establishments.
Atmosphere: good mariachi band, talented musicians. Very shady business practices, audience was making requests and the lead pretended not to hear or respond in jest. Turns out they charge $400 per song. While the rate is understandable. because they have to pay their musicians, it's not good business to be sneaky about prices.

The thing I like the most is dinning by the balcony and seeing the goings on at one of the main streets in the downtown area. It is nicer to sit here on a Sunday when the main street is closed to cars and you can watch the cyclists, rollerbladers, runners and families walk around having fun. The food has been better than the other times I have visited.
