Had dinner last night and was very pleased. I ordered the chorizo which was the very best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked,juicy and tender. The ribeye steak was excellent and also a perfect medium rare as ordered. I had the pleasure of being served by Cesar. Probably the most professional server I've had in Guadalajara. As a woman dining alone the service tends to be disinterested at best. Not the case with Cesar. Asked me 3 times if everything was to my liking and added tortillas and salsa to my leftover chorizo. I was skeptic about this restaurant, but it surprised me. Good food, cold cold beer for my liking and service was not bad at all. Ordered a few of their entrees ribeye de chicharon with guacamole delicious, empanadas they were ok and a simple rib eye meat burger with no cheese, so good and juicy.
