If I could give them a million stars, I would. I love everything about this restaurant. The food is exquisite, innovative and beautiful. The presentations make you admire your food and open your appetite before you even take a bite! The menu is like nothing you've ever experienced anywhere else. Que onda comelones, es un restaurante de comida oriental donde tuvimos una de nuestras mejores experiencias por sus deliciosos platillos y su buen servicio. Para los amantes del sushi, chéquense el Fénix Roll, esta coronado con queso fundido y por dentro camarón, Salmon y atún que le da un toque único y delicioso. Pero sin duda, nuestro favorito, es el Tres edades del Salmon, es la perfección hecha sushi, tiene 3 presentaciones de Salmon, pulpo y camarón, es una joya. También probamos el Ramen King, es una delicia, tiene camarón, naruto, su buena porción de fideos carne, y un caldo que esta para chuparse los dedos, es una muy buena opción. Para compartir, no se pueden perder su tiradito de atún, esta bañado en soya especial que lo hace exquisito, no se lo pueden perder. O también como les caería unas buenas gyosas de res con verdura. En bebidas, están estrenando nueva coctelería, probamos el misterio y el neyuki Pink, o también tienen refrescos, calpico o ramune. Maybe we were just there on a bad night or with new staff. Food: The California roll was uneven & missing ingredients; the baked salmon was "equis" and the baked rice tasted stale; fancy shrimp roll was good at least. Service: Staff were quite friendly, but we had a very long wait for food to arrive, even though there were hardly any other customers. When they served the food we had to ask specifically for the ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce, then waited a while for those to appear. I wouldn't have minded these things so much if it were a cheap sushi joint, but considering the prices and presentation i expected a much...

I didn't write a review when I actually ate at Neyuki's (two times) but I'm writing it now after being home in the US. And that's because Neyuki's revived my passion for good sushi and so I just went to the highest rated sushi restaurant in Tucson and it was crap compared to what we got at Neyuki's. It made me realize how special Neyuki's is and how much more authentic Japanese the food there is. And the service and atmosphere was very nice too. If you want authentic Japanese food, then I recommend Neyuki's. I look forward to going there again the next time I'm in...
