⚠️ There were shards of broken glass in the chocolate ice cream which injured our friend's mouth.

It was a really bizarre experience as the rest of the evening was perfect. The service was efficient and good. The pasta options were extensive and we were all very happy with how everything tasted.

That was until our friend took a bite into their chocolate ice cream, served in an intact glass, and bit directly into broken shards of glass.

When we told our waiter, he quickly walked away and returned with the manager who offered a hurried and half-hearted apology and no explanation on how pieces of broken glass ended up in our ice cream. They didn't ask if he was okay, or offered to help with the injury. All they did in the end was take the ice cream out of our food bill.

We then had a different, non English speaking waitress take our card payment and although we entered a 15% tip she kept asking repeatedly for a tip.

It was a very strange experience. We were just glad our friend is an adult who ate with restrained caution and that the contaminated ice cream wasn't eaten by a child who could have gotten...

It is a nice, cute place inside the shopping mal. The food unfortunately cannot hold up to it. I ordered pasta puttanesca and the seemed to have forgotten the anchovis what is one of the main ingredientes and was also in the menu. When I asked if the might have forgotten it the first weiter said they dont make it with and the second waiter said its inside the sauce but so small that I can not see it and obviously also cannot taste it. The pasta sauce had a strange bright unnatural color. Seems they put a lot of food coloring inside. The taste was not good but also not bad. Defenetly not worth the price of around...
