Las Hermanas Coraje SABY " Expo" — Restaurant in Jalisco

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Las Hermanas, a charming mom-and-pop restaurant located near the Westing Expo in Guadalajara. While they primarily focus on grilled meats, they offer a variety of other dishes as well, and my experience was nothing short of delightful.

The food at Las Hermanas was outstanding. The chilaquiles rojos, in particular, were a highlight. They were perfectly prepared, boasting a satisfying crunch and just the right amount of cheese. The only minor disappointment was the over-medium egg, which unfortunately turned out well done, but it didn't overshadow the overall deliciousness of the dish.

The carne asada, however, was an unexpected delight. It was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were simply outstanding. The restaurant's salsas, beans (fried in pork lard, by the way), and café de olla were all sweetened to perfection, making each bite a delightful experience for the taste buds.

Now, onto the service. While the food was exceptional, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with the service, even when it was take out, I noticed It seemed a bit unorganized.

Despite this hiccup in the service, I still found Las Hermanas to be a wonderful spot for a family or friends gathering. The delectable food and cozy atmosphere make it a worthwhile destination. Stopped in for lunch while in the area. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress suggested the chicharrones, which I never would have thought to order on my own and they were very good. Pesimo !! Me lleve una mala experiencia en todos los aspectos. en la comida, en el servicio, en el lugar , la verdad el lugar está muy anticuado y no me era muy atractivo para ir , mesas , sillas , y vajilla de fondita viejita pero seguido veo mucha gente así que decidí entrar pensé quizá la comida vale la pena ...desde que llegue las meseras con pésima actitud , cuando les dije que pagaría con tarjeta hasta me voltearon los ojos. Pedí para llevar y al abrir mis chilaquiles mi sorpresa fue una porción de totopos con salsa verde , sin frijoles , sin crema ( pq te la cobran aparte ) x $80 enserio ? Una enfrijolada super simple x $35 ... ví como entregaban otros platillos para comer ahí y por el precio conozco mil opciones mejores ...No sé que te cobran por qué la calidad o cantidad de comida no , ni el servico es bueno , ni el lugar ... No quiero verme muy hate o criticona pero la verdad no entendí de dónde o cómo adquirieron tal fama ? De plano tuve mala suerte ? O el criterio de las personas es...
