Mariscos El Memin — Restaurant in Jalisco

Plates very nice presented, the taste of the food is really good flavor, portions are good also, the prices are average, around 7-10 USD per person + drink (beers from 2 USD). Now the ambience is extremely noisy and messy, so is not a place for a calm meal, however that place has a kids area. So good for families with kids. Service was the worst point, despite the Venezuelan waitress very kind and friendly, the service was bad, they took our order wrong, they took very long time to served the plates that were wrong, so they've changed making us to wait even longer, even for order a simple beer we had to wait more than 20min and remind them many times. Staff is not well organized, or they are new. I hope this comment help them to improve...

This is a cool litte seafood place that was roughly a 10-minute walk from Expo Guadalajara. It's in a residential neighborhood, but they were very welcoming to us tourists.

The food was absolutely amazing. The deep fried tuna and shrimp tacos were so tasty! The photos attached to this review almost don't do it justice.

Service was top notch as well. They use the team approach, so different servers would come check on us, but someone was always nearby to get us what we needed.

Truly may have been the BEST meal of my life. I would eat their tuna chicharonnes and shrimp empanadas for the rest of my life if I could. I even liked their raw oysters in the shell, and Id never had oysters before!! Atmosphere out on the porch was amazing. Crab tostada was delish.
