Merendero Tapatio is truly one of the best merenderos I have had the pleasure of trying in Guadalajara. However, it's important to note that you should be prepared to wait for a table, as the restaurant is small and tends to get quite hot. Unfortunately, on my second visit, I was disappointed to find out that the star of the menu, the pozole, was not available. Nevertheless, we decided to try other dishes like memelas, tacos dorados, and enchiladas, and they were incredibly flavorful and delicious. Man if I could live in this little classic joint for the rest of my life I would! The Sope and Posole were out of this universe. I really recommend coming here Atleast 2-3 times just to try the entire menu! So delicious. I can’t begin to describe the joy of eating authentic Mexican food run by a family. Hoy cenamos con mi esposo en este lugar y nos tocó presenciar una discusión de unos clientes con el mesero principalmente pero luego la familia completa se metió y considero que como dueños se ven super pésimo discutiendo con los clientes pobre familia los trataron muy mal se escuchaba que desde la cocina se referían a ellos diciéndoles pinches perros muertos de hambre que mal por ellos mismos...la familia mejor se retiro ya que el trato fue pésimo... y curiosamente me puse a leer otros comentarios y por lo que veo hay reseñas malas del mismo mesero ...la dueña en vez de calmar las cosas se puso igual de grosera yo creo todos pudimos darnos cuenta del mal servicio ...si se refirió con esas malas palabras a esos clientes a si an de ser con todos clientes que por algo se quejan almenos nosotros no volveremos a ese lugar, no arriesgare a que algo no me guste y me vallan a tratar asi que gente tan fea y lo que es no saber...
