Los Vitrales (Barceló) — Restaurant in Jalisco

This restaurant is inside Barcelo and it's open for the breakfast buffet that's included in some room rates. The breakfast buffet it great. I also ate dinner there and while it was quiet at the time, the waiters were attentive and friendly. The food was very nice quality and tasty. I had the salmon and a side salad. They brought out complimentary bread and dip. The salmon was cooked really expertly. And came with some asparagus, and medallions of zucchini and tomato. Had a great flavor, and presented really nicely. The salad included avocado and vinaigrette type of dressing. Price was acceptable for a restaurant inside of hotel. Very expensive. We paid almost 1000 MXN on a breakfast for two people. We chose the “full menu” but some of the food had to be paid separately, like an Avocado Toast. Actually, anything that required some preparation would be paid apart. Consider walking 10 minutes to nearby cafes so you can save money and enjoy...

La comida está muy rica y el ambiente fue agradable, especialmente porque había música en vivo. Sin embargo, el servicio sí tiene áreas de mejora. Al llegar, tuvimos que esperar cerca de 40 minutos formados, a pesar de que había mesas limpias y disponibles en el interior. Además, ya quedaba poco tiempo antes del cierre del buffet, por lo que terminamos comiendo con prisa. Nos explicaron que estaban cortos de personal, pero al ser una fecha especial, habría sido ideal que hicieran alguna excepción, ya sea agilizando el acceso o extendiendo un poco más el tiempo del servicio para que los comensales no se sintieran apurados.

Otro punto a mejorar es la bebida: no contaban con café descafeinado, y aunque una de las cosas que más promocionan es su pan dulce —que sí está muy rico—, el café dejó mucho que desear, lo cual le resta a la...
