Two words: Marlin Quesadilla!!!!!

Although they make Guacamole Tradicional, I would recommend the Jalisco preparation (made with chipotle and topped with fresh cotija cheese). They also know how to make a proper Cadillac Margarita. In other words, avoid Nosh and come here for the real drink. The only drawback, if you could even call it that, is the fact that you're removed from the beach/pool area, and you're located right next to the Front Desk. It can get crazy during check in times, so consider that if you want to give this great bar a try.

One final thought - this is a BAR that serves food. To all of the families traveling with little ones, please be mindful of this fact. There are other, more family-friendly options, available at this resort. Adults enjoying adult beverages don't want little ones running amok around the whole place. Situational awareness is a good thing . . ....

Great views and tasty dishes. Our service was attentive, and this is a nice restaurant to relax after a day in the ☀️. We ordered:

Traditional Guacamole - they ran out of 🥑 so we had to change our order. But I am sure it would have been amazing.

Tuna Ceviche - this was my favorite of our two. Great flavor profile, fresh ingredients, very tasty 😋 . (5/5 🌟)

Red Snapper Ceviche - my SO enjoyed this dish. I didn't care for the texture, but that wasn't any fault of the restaurant. (4/5 🌟)

Al hospedarte te regalan un tequila tasting por persona, le reguntamos a los meseros como era eso, y nos comento que era ir al bar ceviche para hcerlo que tardaba unos 40min aprox, y sinceramente, mejor ni lo usen. Llegamos con el bartender y nos dijo que tomaramos asiento que ahorita nos atendia, pasan 10min y un mesero se nos acerca si se nos ofrecia algo, le comentamos que estabamos esperando para el tasting, y el fue un poco mas amable, porque incluso nos empezo a explicar de que trataba, que era de la marca de tequila Hornitos, pero al voltear veo que estan sirviendo 2 shots de un tequila EL COMPADRE, y los otros 2 de Hornitos Plata, dejamos los del compadre, y nos tomamos los de Plata unicamente, es lo unico que valio la pena! Deberian de prohibir este cupon, esta pesimo el tequila y el servicio.

When you stay at the Hotel, they give you a free tequila tasting per person, we asked the waiters how did it worked, and they told us that we had to go to the ceviche bar to take it, which took about 40min, and honestly, BETTER AVOID THE COUPON!

We arrived with the bartender and he told us to take a seat that he would attend us right away, 10 min. passed and a waiter approaches us and asked if we needed something, we told him that we were waiting for the tasting, and actually he was a little more friendly than the bartender, because he even started to explain what it was about, that it was from the Hornitos Tequila brand, but when I turn around I see that they are serving 2 shots of EL COMPADRE tequila, and the other 2 from Hornitos Plata, we left the compadre's, and we only took the Plata ones. They should ban this coupon, the tequila and the service...
