These dishes deserve a Michelin Star. The coctel de camaron, surprised me, as I don't usually like the tomatoe juiced base, however THIS IS MUCH DIFFERENT. This is a culinary experience, everything made from scratch, different flavor profile. The tacos de pescado, came with immaculate jalapeño, chipotle, and something else's I'm forgetting, but the garnish was perfectly cut and the fish fried in the most perfect batter. The tostada de ceviche was so perfect, no overpowering of lime, the perfect cuts of fish and fresh vegetables.
