Mariscos Dany PV — Restaurant in Jalisco

These dishes deserve a Michelin Star. The coctel de camaron, surprised me, as I don't usually like the tomatoe juiced base, however THIS IS MUCH DIFFERENT. This is a culinary experience, everything made from scratch, different flavor profile. The tacos de pescado, came with immaculate jalapeño, chipotle, and something else's I'm forgetting, but the garnish was perfectly cut and the fish fried in the most perfect batter. The tostada de ceviche was so perfect, no overpowering of lime, the perfect cuts of fish and fresh vegetables.

Chef has wonderful dishes, and owns the Taquiera next door which I wanted to try, but will be back for. Service was reasonable. I will be back! But I recommend you take the trip, as it is...

It was great. Our waitress was wonderful. Nice and friendly and talked English to us even though I'm trying to speak Spanish. I really like how they keep everything clean and wash the cutting board between food. The garlic shrimp were great but my favorite was the veggies. My girlfriend had coconut shrimp and she said they didn't have a lot of coconut but were still good. The owner came and checked on us....

What a great restaurant! Excellent service by Angel, who was able to help us choose dishes (speaks English). We watched the professional cooks prepare our meals. Not only can they cook an amazing, delicious dinner, but they were also very diligent about cleaning the station after each meal. The marlin tacos were superb! We will definitely be back...
