Siam Cocina is one of the regular spots on my Puerto Vallarta foodie list, and for good reason. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a peaceful ambiance that makes it the perfect escape for a delicious meal.
The service here is exceptional, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and ensure you have a great dining experience. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality truly set Siam Cocina apart.
While I wish the Thai iced tea lived up to its potential, it's often a miss for me, but the food more than makes up for it. Every dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and clear attention to detail. You can taste the love and care in every bite, which keeps me coming back time and time again.
If you’re searching for a place with good flavors, a peaceful dining atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, Siam Cocina should be on your list. It’s a spot I’ll continue to return to and highly recommend to anyone craving great...
Read moreMy friend in town from Boston took me to dinner early evening on a beautiful late winter evening. Located in the north side two blocks east of Francisco Villa, bordering the trendy neighborhood of Los Tules. My friend is a diehard vegetarian and ordered alacarte with numerous, and very specific requests which l thought would throw a wrench into what actually would come out of kitchen. To my surprise it was exactly as ordered and he was very pleased l had the sweet and sour shrimp with rice and an iced tea. In addition to the food being delicious, the portions are very generous and both of us had to take left overs with us. There is no off-street parking, they do have restrooms for guests, credit cards are accepted, children are welcome and highchairs are available for the mini-monsters. Though not billed as vegetarian, this restaurant seems to be able to pull a rabbit out of the hat and please that group as well. Highly recommended abs l...
Read moreMade a reservation and when we arrived we were placed at a small table in an out of the way corner. We were not sure where the rest rooms were located but there was an unmistakable rest room odor like it might have been on the other side of the wall. The service was good with two servers appearing to be doing a good job and keeping up with the diners. The appies were excellent. I had shrimp rolls and my wife had shrimp wontons. The mains were terrible. I had the Pepper Beef which had been reviewed as excellent. I think it was supposed to be a stir fry but it was more like soup as it was in a very watery sauce. I would have supposed the sauce should have been much thicker. My wife had Broccoli and Beef whch she said was tasteless. At this point we couldn't wait to leave and did so as quick as we could. We...
