This was the worst possible experience my family and I have been through. We booked a three day weekend on a room with lake view and hot tub with lake view. To our surprise on our first day when we checked in, they moved our reservation to a room with street view and they up charge us for the change of room. We stayed because we had a long trip and we were very tired and wanted to tour and enjoy the town. On second morning of our stay, around 9am the AC and all electrical went out on the entire property. Please keep in mind it’s June and the temperature was well over 100 degrees. The rooms have no ventilation and the property manager told us the situation with the electricity was going to be fixed within 30 minutes. It was 5pm when we decided to leave and cut short our vacation. The heat was unbearable and manager was horrible. We were being told the electricity was not their problem. If you are charging $400 a night, I think the least you can do is to have back up generators. The end of the story is the hotel denied to returned our money for a least one night. We spend a total of 24 hours in the property and were charged for three nights. So we paid $18,000 pesos for one night. The second day we spent it walking around town until the AC was being fixed, but as you know it never got fixed. While we were checking out, several families were checking in and they were being told the same story we were told. The AC will be fixed in 30 min. This hotel or club is the worst. We had a very bad experience here I book a night here to surprise my boyfriend for his 40th birthday and when we arrived the pool was extremely dirty.

It wasnt just some leaves the pool looks like they havent done any maintenance and cleaning in such a long time you cant even get in. The pool table areas also dirty with beers and cigarettes in the floor from previous days.

We complain and the manager was very mean and she didn’t do absolutely anything about it not even apologize for the situation.

To close the trip with another bad experience we stayed in one of the rooms with bathtub facing the lake and we got our tripod stolen from Our balcony that mean that someone had to climb our balcony in order to get there, fortunately our window was locked.

The room itself is nice but service, pool and security is not good we wont be staying here again.

Stayed there for two nights in April 2022. The hotel grounds are really beautiful. However, we payed about 220 USD when we checked in. We got a simple room with a small window without view on the rear side of the hotel. The water in the bathroom was barely running and took some time to get warm. The pool architecture was nice but it required cleaning. When we checked out, the receptionist explained that our check-in payment was for one night only and that we had to pay another 220 USD.
