Okuma sushi — Restaurant in Jalisco

Never again. I should have listened to my instincts when we went smack in the middle of lunch time and there was not a soul in the place. The food was absolutely overcooked, flavorless and some of it was reheated in the microwave. We had to wait at least 20 minutes even though there was no one else there. The sauces were runny and lacked any kind of flavor. The vegetables seemed like they had already been cooked before and then were cooked again and were completely mushy. It is the worst teriyaki I've ever had and that chicken never touched an actual grill, was not marinated, etc. We could not bring ourselves to eat the rest or...

Very bad home delivery service. We ordered food that was supposed to arrive between 40 and 50 min later but never did. We called after 2 hours of waiting and they said that apparently the driver was at our place but we didn't open. Well, we were waiting outside for the food and nobody was there. They said that they had our phone number wrong and it's their mistake. They lied and made us wasting our time and energy as we had things to do and instead waited for nothing. Very disrespectful and horrible approach. Definitely not going to order from...

If you're going to have a sushi restaurant and charge premium prices, then at least respect the tradition enough to use proper portions of fish and rice. Instead of a 1:10 ratio of fish to rice, try aiming for a 1:1 ratio.

The vegetables weren't fresh either including brown avocado.

If you're looking for sushi from here, my suggestion would be to make it at home yourself and save yourself the disappointment.
