My wife and I tried this place for breakfast and left disappointed. Although it was not busy our food took half an hour to arrive. My side order of bacon did not come with it and the waiter told me he’d be right back with it. Twice wait staff came around and asked if everything was ok and I had to tell them each time that my bacon order hadn’t come. After another half hour we told them we were tired of waiting and to just ring us the bill. I’m not sure if they were just having a bad day as there was plenty of wait staff running around but they may have been short-staffed in the kitchen. This a copy of a 60's or 70's rock, pop music place. It really takes you back " to the good old days". The food is old school stuff, in a good way. We had a couple of cervases and fries. Tonight they had a woman on stage who did an excellent job of bringing back memories. Her name is Scarlett. Powerful voice that really carries. Some of Route 66's singers are not always the best but this woman is great. Reasonable prices, good pub food, cold beer or whatever you choose. The atmosphere is amazing. But the food seriously sucks. I’m shocked to be honest. Ordered eggs Benedict and a side of bacon. My girlfriend ordered pancakes and sausage. After over 45 minutes it came out ice cold, and didnt even taste good at all. So I ordered a cheeseburger. It was not cold but it did taste like it was straight out the freezer at Walmart. The server was polite but he never checked in so if I wanted another drink I had to get up and go find him. 2 hours later I still don’t have a glass of water.
