Cheesecake Facyory makes the best cheesecake in the whole world with different varieties and flavors, all so yummy. The service is outstanding from the entrance with a hostess, the waiter ans his assistant, the cheff coming out to our table to ask how we want our special dinner prepared since it is no longer in the menu because Cheesecake Factory changes it every six years to try new untrees. The private tables surrounded by low walls with a lot of space to seat four guests, plus checking on our table every now and then to see if everything is going excellent, picking our finished plates, cleaning our table and saying nice comments to have a little something to talk about anything, smiling faces, and lovely ambience concerning on us spending a very unique experince. We definatelly recommend Cheesecake Factory Restaurants around the world for very delicious foods, drinks, desserts, and a family ambience. Thank you Cheesecake Factory for creating excelent restaurants around the world with the best on everything. We love it.

Es super fabuloso saber que han abierto un Cheesecake Facyory en Guadalajara, México. Nunca he estado en Guadalajara pero esperamos que abran otros en Ixtapa, Acapulco, Mexico D. F. , Puebla, Monterrey y Baja California Norte o Sur. Donde vayan serán todo un éxito porque dan un excelente ambiente familiar sirviendo con amor y paciencia.

This is the 3rd time that I go to a The Cheescake Factory in Mexico. The prices of the dishes are above and beyond of what can be considered fare for what you pay for, the quality was not good enough for the prices payed.. Therefore, it is expensive and food is very greasy (fat), in fact the restaurant smell like old-fat. The hosts are extremely friendly and polite, the same from some waiters. Unfortunately if you ask to add your points in the WOW reward program that is a different story. I asked to add it, the waiter never showed up and a gentlemen approached with a ticket saying that my points were added and, of course with the Card-Terminal. I payed (tip included) and left the restaurant but WOW points were...

Delivers the Cheesecake Factory experience (even the characteristic bakery/buttery smell, which is a good thing) in Guadalajara.

Overall a nice restaurant, with the classic dishes from Cheesecake Factory.

Having some experience with the menu is better, because some things are really simple items that disappoint some people expecting more (e.g. classic burgers and fish and chips), while others are really good and tasty culinary experiences (the steak Diane, Jambalaya chicken and the Madeira chicken are worth a try).
