Some of the best tacos we’ve, including a Mexican native from Guadalajara, had during our time in Mexico! The meat is incredibly tender and clearly made with care and attention. There were five of us in our group, and we each ordered a variety of tacos — pastor, labio, and carnaza — and every single one was delicious. We also tried a few of their agua frescas (sandía and guayaba), both freshly made and bursting with flavor. We loved everything so much that we ended up ordering quesadillas, which were just as amazing.

I came for a quick to-go meal before a flight and it beyond exceeded my expectations. The person taking my order was very friendly and helped explain the different menu items. The person working the comal was obviously skilled and focused. Food itself is phenomenal and may be the most legit I’ve had during my one week visit in GDL. So I have a 7 hour layover in GDL and headed to Tlaquepaque historic center for a few hours. They had the Al Pastor in the window and I had to stop. Tacos were delicious! Full of flavor, fresh and staff were very friendly. Did I forget to say the prices are AMAZING! If your in Tlaquepaque and want a low key legit tacos without worry. This is where you need to go.
