A beautifully furnished bar that is Instagram ready.

However, we were extremely disappointed with our drinks and the especially with the service. My partner and I are somewhat cocktail aficionado’s, so we were interested in their menu. My partner had the Fraga Tonic and sadly it was truly undrinkable. What was supposed to deliver notes of cardamom, strawberry and mango tasted like pure soot. I was shocked when I took a sip after him. I finished my drink as we talked (I ordered the Black Skull, which was okay) and the waiters passed by multiple times without a) asking if I wanted another drink, b) checking in with my partner as to why he hadn’t touched his. After about 20 minutes, we signaled the waiter and politely let him know that the drink wasn’t drinkable, and asked if it possibly had been made wrong. He mumbled something and it got awkward, and we asked for the cheque.

We paid full price for the drink, with no move made by staff to make our experience more enjoyable.

Being real Martini fans, we discovered this place earlier in the day and came back when they opened. The interior and the courtyard are fabulous. Our Hendricks Martinis (most expensive on the menu)were just so so! The pricy truffe fries were probably leftover from lunch as they were small bits and tasteless. The beautiful atmosphere in the elegant modest size room got destroyed with flash of fluorescent lights every time the kitchen door opened. We did not stay for dinner. Found out we were charged more for our Martinis than the price on the menu. 'It's premium gin you ordered' was the explanation. Cocktails were very good, rooftop view very pretty. Went on a Tuesday night. Party of 6. There were 6 tables occupied. 2 servers. The service was just horrible. Very slowing serving drinks and food. We had to keep flagging the server for another drink waited 13 minutes for first drink to arrive. Ordered ribeye salbutes. Don't know what meat it was as u couldn't taste it as it was breaded so much.but we were sure it wasn't ribeye. . Pulled pork Nachos had at the most 1 tablespoon of pulled pork.
