JUSTO Bread Studio — Restaurant in Mérida

Cute little gem of a place right on Montejo where you can sit, people watch and enjoy all the bicycles riding by on the biciruta on Sundays. The menu is limited and so is the availability of items. Coffee is good and not watered down, which is one of reasons we keep coming back here (although only one size and would be nice if they offered you the choice of a larger cup) and the food is fresh and delicious. This place is pretty popular, especially on the weekends. There is limited seating and usually always a wait for a table to open up. My suggestion would be to add a few more tables and especially umbrellas to shade people from the direct sun. Overall, this is a great spot to come sit, relax and enjoy...

Simply amazing. Just go here! You will not be disappointed 🙏🏼 amazing staff, super friendly, the coffee is out of this world. Like coming from a barista, the cappuccino is a real cappuccino. The right amount foam, right temperature, they know latte art and it tastes amazing! Bread and pastries are amazing! They really know sourdough bread! And also I didn’t get to taste but they have kardemumma bullar which is a Swedish bun ☺️...

Best coffee & best bread. The baguettes at that place are probably better than baguettes in Paris. Some may disagree but just buy one and see what I mean :) we had coffee here daily sometimes multiple times a day. The cortados were heaven. The staff were so nice.
