Cochinita pibil and lechón super good! BUT service terrible! We went for a take out so we asked for 1kg of cochinita and 1kg of lechón with some tortillas, bread and prepared onions, they gave us 2 big and heavy bags and of we went, but to our surprise when we opened the bags there was only 1 kg of lechón and ZERO cochinita! But a big big bag of onions!!!! In November 2022, friends took us to this restaurant. They said it makes some of the best breakfast foods in Mérida.

I think the food at this location is very good and the price of the food was very affordable. They make fresh corn tortillas at the front of the restaurant. They are just as friendly as the servers.

The service, price of food &! food are definitely worth 5 stars. Don’t forget to try their great selection of natural drinks.

La Terraza Amarilla es una súper opción para degustar una extensa variedad de platillos yucatecos en un lugar cómodo y céntrico. Si estás de visita en Merida y deseas probar varios guisados sin comprometerte a un platillo completo, este lugar es ideal para ti. Recomiendo muchísimo el taco de queso relleno, que es mi guiso favorito dada la complejidad de su hechura y lo costoso que es un platillo. Todo viene muy bien servido y sus tacos son montados sobre una tortilla a mano recién hecha. El lechón tiene su justa medida de cascarita y la cochinita es excepcional, platillos que están disponibles para llevártelos en el avión.
