Terrible service and extremely rude waitstaff. This was my second time visiting after previously liking the place. My boyfriend and I came for breakfast and I started to feel very sick and nauseous. We were sitting waiting for a table and as I felt so sick, I took my mask off to sip some water - only to be screamed at by the waitress about removing my mask.

It was pretty obvious that I was unwell. We were seated at our table and me nausea/sickness increased. As I looked up, the same waitress and her colleagues were glaring at us and sniggering. Are these people 10 years old? Obviously I didnt go to a restaurant with the intention of getting ill but their attitude was appalling. I had to use the bathroom and we took our food to go but the attitude of the women working there was...

First time visiting one outside of CDMX. Came here specifically for the kids area, which is awful. Firstly, must wear socks, so if your kids arrive in sandals they of course can sell you socks… on top of a number of other nonsensical rules. The worst part? There are chairs and tvs inside. It’s not a true play area, but a place for your kids to sit and become zombies while you eat. Unreal. Apart from that, exceptionally slow service as compared to locations in CDMX. The sope I ordered came with bistec instead of tings de res, which I didn’t notice until after taking a bite. They took it and simply wiped it away and slapped the tinga de res on top of the bitten one instead of bringing the correct one made from scratch. Unreal....

La sucursal de galerías Mérida es pésima, siempre han tardado mucho en el servicio y son poco amables pero esta vez se pasaron Fui con mis hijos a cenar después de esperar y ver que están platicando o en el celular y nadie viene Al cabo de 15 minutos con un restaurante casi vacío me toman la orden, alguien. Que no era un mesero , poco después viene el mesero y me ofrece una promoción la acepto, regresa y me dice que ya no me la puede dar por qué no se ingresó a tiempo, le comento que no hay problema, sugiero que deberían de ofrecer desde el principio las promociones a lo cual el mesero ya un adulto mayor se molesta y me dice es que estoy solo en esta zona y usted quiso estar aquí pues aquí estoy solo y empieza a decirme que me tengo que esperar y cosas que no tenían nada que ver; solo le respondo no hay problema tráigame mis alimentos Ya era muy tarde y mis hijos tenían sueño y hambre y en todo esto llevamos ya media hora Termina diciéndome que le hablara al gerente

Se va y me quedo sorprendida hablando con mis dos pequeños hijos, llega el gerente preguntándome que qué se me ofrece le comento que nada que todo bien (no alegaría con nadie solo queríamos cenar) Me comienza a decir que yo tengo que esperarme que no me pueden atender rápido y que mejor me fuera que ya no me iban a atender No me dio tiempo de hablar nunca seguí la discusión de ninguno

Soy cliente de los abuelos me gusta su comida y su también te pero ya no puedo seguir asistiendo a este restaurante o mínimo a esa sucursal la cual siempre a sido pésima

No vayan nadie coma ahí el trato malo, tiempos muy largos d espera, y el colmo esta vez con personas agresivas hacia una mujer con dos niños
