Boston's Pizza Gran Plaza — Restaurant in Mérida

The food was AMAZING the pepperoni pizza was so good the sauce was a perfect blend of savoury and spice. The pepperoni twists were TO DIE FOR they were the best pepperoni twists I've ever had. The coca-cola I got was just different then all others it was so nice and refreshing. The service was the best I've ever had the server was so attentive to every detail my party of 6 was very well treated. The entertainment was top notch we got to see the Nathan's Hot dog challenge live the huge screens made us feel like we were there in the front row. I wasn't sure that Boston's was open for indoor seating, but I ventured in to ask. We were welcomed into what has become an artfully reimagined main dining room. Guests were seated at tables spaced to more than meet the requirements of healthy distancing. The entire staff seemed happy and attentive, every precaution was taken to insure our safety needs and the food was just like it's always been: fresh, tasty and timely. bad service! SERVED COLD caulifower appetizer! and when advised food was cold THEY REFRIED IT! terrible flavor. couldnt even eat it! THEN my favorite pizza wasnt even prepared properly. old tasteless meat! took WAY TOO LONG to get a simple margarita. bar trnder mixed drinks from UNDER THE BAR COUNTER! if you must have their prepackaged food go to their alta brisa location as they can actually prepare food and drinks properly! btw, the "manager" just LAUGHED at us!
