秦韵餐厅Chin Noodle Art — Restaurant in Mexico City

I recently dined at this Chinese restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. The food quality was subpar, the beef was so tough and old that I couldn't even chew it and had to throw all of them away. To make matters worse, the sauce or vinegar on the table had clearly gone bad, which is evident from the picture below ??????? How long have they not changed it? This is simply unacceptable.

Additionally, the service was very poor. During my visit, a waitress fell, causing a loud commotion that startled everyone in the restaurant. Had the biang biang noodles and it tasted just like the ones I used to have in China 😋 the seasoning is so on point! 好吃到哭😭

Portion is generous. I would recommend going with friends so you can try more dishes.

It is still during their soft opening so not everything on the menu is available yet. They are a tad understaffed but service is very warm and friendly 😊 love the energy!
