I barely write reviews but came to write mine about the poor service and imbalanced staff:clients ratio in the hopes that the owner actually puts more people to serve and cater the demand. I couldn’t order food today at 11 am (they’re supposed to serve food until 12) because they said they didn’t have capacity, so just ordered a coffee that took 20 min to arrive. The staff is friendly, but the owner needs to hire more people, this seems to be a recurring unaddressed complaint in this establishment. Such a shame because the location and decoration is actually...

Very bad place. It’s inside a nice plaza with a central garden with temporary art expos, but the food and service is terrible. I ordered some chilaquiles and after 40 minutes of waiting for the them at the table, the waiter finally came just to ask me if they owed me anything (my chilaquiles for instance…). I asked her to put them for take away to eat them at home (a 5 minute walk) and they were a true disappointment. No cream, no cheese, bad salsa. Definitely the worst chilaquiles I’ve had in Mexico. The orange juice was ok (not sure it if was...

Unfortunately we decided to order pastries, cheesecakes and chocolate cake and everyone was dissatisfied and disappointed of the bad quality of the desserts. Considering the price, it should not taste like a cake mix from Walmart. Although I really recommend this place if you are in the mood...

Being able to sit at tables and benches throughout the sculpture garden make this a great spot to get away from the streets and enjoy a treat for all the senses. Large tea selection, full array of espresso drinks, and plenty of breakfast and lunch options too.

Took 30 min for a coffee, asked for milk and they gave me powdered milk. Ordered a crepe and nachos and everything was cold. Nacho chips were from a bag, cheese was cold and canned - gross. Super disappointing. I’ve had better nachos at stadiums.
