Chapultepool Pizza — Restaurant in Mexico City

Went with a group, not a regular. At the end of the night I went to pay my bill which they told me was more drinks than I actually drank. Perhaps an honest mistake, that’s ok. So after confirming what I drank, they (2 waiters, together) gave me a price that was over what I actually owed, and so I asked if this was including the tip, to which they told me no. After doing the math on my phone I showed them directly to which they said “whoops.” After advising the rest of my group (50/50 foreigners and locals), another foreigner in my group advised they did the same. So if you go here and you are a foreigner, be aware that they will attempt to scam you. If you want to tip 10 or 20 or 50 percent that’s great, but being ripped off solely for being from another country is unacceptable. While my experience prior to paying was fine, I will not return. The service was awful(I was trying to get the waiters attention, he saw me waiving and didn't come to my table for another 20 minutes and it wasnt like they were very busy...), the food was hard, the prices weren't great. If you want to play pool and order a pizza then could be a good place for you but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. The food was flavorless and tasted old, they didn't bring appropriate sauces for the appropriate dishes, i asked for a sauce and the writer told me "no", not even mention the possibility of paying more for it. Si pudiera no le dejaría estrellas, por lo que más quieran no realicen eventos en este lugar. La encargada nos ofreció muchas facilidades al momento de la cotización, sin embargo, conforme pasaban los días para reservar nos iba poniendo mil trabas, al punto de pedirnos $10,000 para reservar, por lo que se acordó con ella que íbamos a llegar sin reservar. Llego el día del evento y solo había una persona para atender a 30 personas, tuvimos que ayudar a entregar los alimentos, cero tenían el control de lo que pedíamos y mucho menos tenían la capacidad para atendernos, llego la encargada de forma prepotente diciendo que eso no pasaría si hubiéramos reservado cuando fue ella quien puse trabas para hacerlo, enfocándose solo en el dinero que quería cobrar y no en que podríamos ser clientes potenciales, querían cobrarnos de más y al final de la cuenta total nos dice que no nos cobro las "horas de billar", denotan una falta de administración en su negocio, queriendo explicar la forma en que se manejaban su preparación y costos, me trato de la peor forma siendo que yo también era cliente de hace mucho tiempo, nos prepararon lo que quisieron y 2 horas después empezaron a entregar las primeras ordenes y además agregaron la propina al total de la cuenta sin informarnos.
