Gong Cha is one of my favorite bubble tea especially in Asia, they have a lot of branch all over the world but I don’t understand why they hired awful staff who is racist! Saw another review from the customer and couldn’t agree more. I was treated so bad and sent a complain to their Instagram and they told me to give a second chance for the service, I came back again and still the guy treated me badly! Not coming to this branch again for sure.

It's a good place to have bubble tea. The tables were a little but dirty and the staff did not seem to notice. It has outside seating, which I love. I would improve the quality of the service in terms of the establishment. The cashier was very nice and the drink was delicious.

No dejo de sorprenderme con la excelente atención de la cafetería Gongcha. Hoy una chica súper amable, simpática y profesional me atendió de maravilla. Además de ofrecerme un servicio impecable, tuvo el detalle de regalarme una carnaza para mi cachorra, lo cual me pareció un gesto increíblemente lindo y considerado. ¡Esto demuestra que aquí realmente se preocupan por cada cliente y sus necesidades! La calidad del servicio, la atención al detalle y el ambiente cálido hacen que siempre quiera regresar. Ojalá otras cafeterías, como la Churrería El Moro, aprendieran de ellos. Gongcha realmente se supera día a día, ¡es un lugar que recomiendo con los ojos cerrados! Nunca cambien esa esencia tan especial que los hace únicos.

First time ever visiting the place, and absolutely loved the drink. What I hate is the service. Is a BOBA place and the drink didn't even include it, was charged EXTRA for it! Ando also, bruh come on, we're in quarantine and there's absolutely not a single soul at the place, I order 2 drinks and asked the man to have the second drink done when leaving cuz it'd melt or something,...

My go-to place to get my bubble tea fix in CDMX. Tastes just like the ones I’ve had in San Diego and Singapore.

Service is fast and friendly. I have ordered both in-store and on Rappi, and the quality is consistent. They are also fairly generous with the boba serving.
