We've been here a few times, mostly for breakfast, and it's a great concept, even if it's taken then a while to work out the kinks of the execution. The basic idea is you can order from several different high-end restaurants that have locations within the food court, and everything is brought to your table as if it was all one big restaurant.
In general, they've done a great job of selecting a variety of really good restaurants, and unlike other "public kitchen" concepts, you aren't bombarded with scores of waiters from different restaurants competing for your order--everything is on one menu.
