Parque Lincoln, a charming urban oasis in Mexico City’s upscale Polanco neighborhood, offers a serene escape amidst the city’s bustle. This well-designed park, easily accessible via Metro Polanco (its iconic Art Deco clock tower graces the station’s symbol), boasts lush greenery and beautiful trees, creating a tranquil setting for leisurely strolls. The park’s reflecting pools, where visitors can rent remote-controlled boats for 100 pesos per 15 minutes, add a playful touch, especially for families. A small aviary, home to peacocks and parakeets, delights bird enthusiasts, while notable statues of Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr., and a Nelson Mandela memorial lend historical depth. On Saturdays, the vibrant tianguis market transforms the park’s East side into a lively hub, offering fresh produce, tacos, and trinkets at budget-friendly prices—an ideal spot for people-watching. Surrounding the park, Polanquito’s trendy cafes and Avenida Presidente Masaryk’s luxury boutiques are just steps away, blending urban sophistication with the park’s calm. Nearby Chapultepec Park enhances its appeal as a gateway to further exploration. With its open-air Angela Peralta theater (Jazz Festival in the Spring) and art installations, Parque Lincoln is perfect for families, couples, or anyone seeking a nature-filled break in Polanco’s chic embrace. A must-visit for a relaxing, culturally...

Parque Lincoln in Polanco is a true oasis in the heart of the city, offering something for everyone to enjoy. We first visited before our little one arrived and were captivated by its beauty and tranquility. However, returning with our baby, we discovered a whole new dimension to this park's charm.

On a sunny Sunday afternoon, the park was alive with the joyful laughter of children playing, creating a vibrant and heartwarming atmosphere. Watching our little one explore the playground and interact with other kids was an absolute joy. The park's well-maintained grounds provided a safe and inviting space for families to gather and create cherished memories together.

Beyond the playground, Parque Lincoln boasts beautiful green spaces, scenic walking paths, and charming benches where you can relax and soak in the ambiance. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely stroll, a family picnic, or simply taking in the sights and sounds of nature, Parque Lincoln offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

From our first visit to our most recent experience with our little one, Parque Lincoln has consistently exceeded our expectations. It's a five-star destination that truly embodies the spirit of community and relaxation. Whether you're a local resident or just passing through, a visit to Parque Lincoln is a must for anyone seeking a slice of tranquility in the...

This is a lovely park for taking a stoll at any time of day or night or finding a bench and people watching. There are many interesting sculptures, ponds and gorgeous trees along the way. There is also one of the most complete and well kept playgrounds I've seen in the city, complete with rock climbing wall, vegetable garden and all. However, be prepared to follow the many rules of this park... no pets allowed even if you carry them... no adults on the swings or jungle gym, so make sure your children are independent players to fully enjoy and my least favorite part is less of a rule and more of an inconvenience... be sure you have coins (5 pesos) in case you need to use...

Usually it's a nice park to have a nice time walking or sitting in a bench, having a coffe or an ice-cream. This time, we visited it for the FYJA and it wasn't disappointing. All the installations were very pretty. The topic was very interesting and educational, the pollinators and their importance in our lives. As usual, the fountains were beautiful with all the figures made by flowers. Sadly, we couldn't visit the kids playground because it closes at 5pm. It's a good point for the park, a close children's space for playing safely

The heart & soul of fabulous Polanco. Here is where history began of this upper class neighborhood back in early 1930's One of the most important and significant statue here is the one honoring Dr. Martin Luther king Jr. On the north side of the park you'll find an array of fine restaurants. From great casuals like tapas to fine dinning. Posh & Chic. There's a small aviary with a nice display of birds. I love this park.
