Un momumento a un gran héroe independentista en Latinoamérica como fue Simón Bolívar. Situado en una glorieta sólo puedes pasar y mirar. Los domingo es muy tranquila la zona y se puede tomar algunas fotos con toda calma. Muy cerca del lugar encontrarás parques y jardines donde podrás tomar un descanso y tener un momentonde relax.
