Seriously one of, if not the best craft breweries in CDMX. Even if you don’t like the particular style of beer they have on a particular day, you can still tell it is well made and has serious thought put into it, unlike some of the other breweries in town which just seem to throw ingredients together. Read moreWe had one of their Brett Saisons at a bar in Centro, and had to make a special trek to Roma to go to Cyprez, that's how good a can of their beer is. It's even better on tap! They had everything from non-alcoholic beers to mead, and the beers were all delicious. This is apparently the most awarded brewery in Mexico, and it certainly is deserving of the accolades.
