Díaz de Café — Restaurant in Mexico City

We visited this place last week and, while the coffee was quite good, the service we received from one of the staff members was deeply disappointing. After placing and paying for our order, we decided to return one of the soft drinks. Not only was our request for a refund refused, but the staff member also responded with mockery.

It’s truly surprising to encounter such poor service and unprofessional behavior, particularly from a relatively young employee. Judging by other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue, making the service here among the worst in town. My favourite place! Coffee is delicious! And they have a variate of beverages that are different from what you find typically in a coffee shop.

I recommend this place. Customer service is very good, the place is clean, and it’s has internet which makes it an amazing options to work. I come 3-4 times per week and I feel like home.

I recently visited Díaz de Café in San Ángel, Mexico City, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience.
