An amazing farm-to-table concept with delicious food and attentive service. We were seated promptly and started with a glass of water while browsing the menu. We ordered an Aperol Spritz (the only downside, as it was tasteless) and a Rojo Fabia, which was fantastic. For starters, we chose the cremoso de queso feta y cobra, which was absolutely to die for. The house bread was beautifully baked and paired perfectly with the spread. We also had a seasonal salad that was fresh and delightful.

The highlight of our meal was the ravioli with blue cheese, grapes, and apple—perfectly balanced and easily one of the best pastas I’ve ever had. Throughout our visit, the staff checked on us frequently and kept our water glasses refilled, which was a lovely and rare touch to see in Mexico. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a view of a beautiful garden, and while we couldn’t snag an outdoor table, the indoor ambiance was equally glorious and aesthetically pleasing. A beautiful restaurant, with incredible service and exquisite food.

We had a brioche loaf with lemon butter to share, which was delicious. Soft, warm, and fluffy with a saltiness and sharpness from the lemon butter.

Our starter was fried cream cheese balls, with a finely diced raw apple topping. It was delicious.

For the main, two of us had the miso and orange glazed pork chop which was perfectly cooked. Tender, but charred on the outside, it was a great contrast of texture and flavour. The other person in our group had cauliflower in a melted cheese sauce with freshly baked bread, which was salty, cheesy, and delicious.
