Fuimos un sábado a mediodía, estaba medianamente lleno, pedimos 2 cold brew endulzados, 1 con caramelo y otro con vainilla sin azúcar, y un baguette española. De las bebidas me las entregan y no tenían endulzante, cuando en la etiqueta estaba marcado, se lo pedí a la barista y ella con pésima actitud de servicio, le puso el endulzante y a una de mis bebidas no le puso tapa, tenía tan mala cara que ya no se la pedí, temiendo que le echara algo a mi bebida. Los alimentos muy pobre porción a comparación de otros starbucks. No vuelvo a este starbucks.

A pesar de que mi perro es de servicio no quise alegar más pues no vale la pena perder el tiempo y dejar tu dinero en un establecimiento con este tipo de trato. Si son clientes regulares de esta cadena, les recomiendo visitar otra sucursal donde seguramente tendrán mejor servicio.
