Amazing open kitchen concept. Food is prepared in front of you (if you're seated at the bar, ask for a seat there!) and the cooks will often give you your plate and explain what you're eating in great detail. The only bad thing I could say about this place is that the service can get a little bit delayed on food and drinks and my pizza could have had the cheese more thoroughly melted. The service in general is amazing, the plates are usually synchronized so everybody starts eating at the same time. While some plates could have a little bit of improvement, others are absolutely stunning, for starters, the burrata and the fries are unbelievable. The presentation of dishes is amazing, it can even involve smokers or liquid nitrogen and edible roses. Definitely a must try for a completely different take on food and a whole experience for the price of a meal.

Surprisingly limited choice of pasta for an Italian restaurant and the pasta dishes were just okay, even though the prices were high. The carbonara tasted odd. The exception was the tiramisu, which was prepared from scratch and served with frozen rose petals. That was delicious . We were seated by the open kitchen, but this meant it was hot at lunchtime. The service was very good, but that didn't really make up for it. Disappointing, given how spectacular the experience looks on Instagram. We won't be back. There are much better places for Italian in the city.

No volvería.
