Great place. It's a no-frills Mexican grillhouse with very fairly priced cuts. The price of most cuts includes a choice of quesadilla or huarache, nopales, and grilled onions, as well as the daily starter (a bowl of beans and rice the day I went). The arrachera I ordered was silky soft and cooked perfectly. The T-bone was also cooked to perfection (medium) and quite sizable. Located in the heart of La Roma, it appears to cater to local office workers and people who live in the area, so knowing Spanish is recommended. The costillas are good. There's was a long line to get in. You have to put your name on the list when you arrive and stay close because they will call your name and if you miss it, you miss it then have to wait more. The downstairs area is small and hot because the grill is by the entrance inside the restaurant. The ribeye is very thick and big so if you're very hungry I would suggest that.
