La Cantina Palacio Perisur — Restaurant in Mexico City

This other "La Cantina Palacio" in Perisur Mall is a nice place for a dinner meal. I have to mentioned that liked better other "La Cantina Palacio" sites I have visited. At this one, service is OK, but it could improve in terms of attention and speed. Meals are OK but somehow this time were not that tasty. Also, restrooms need more frequent cleaning, and maintenance. He sido cliente recurrente desde hace un año y medio, y el servicio por Gabriel, Jesús o Daniel siempre ha sido muy bueno, han sido atentos y cada vez que regreso, me da gusto por la calidez y el cuidado que me dan. Ayer 3 de julio 2025, vine para una pequeña cena y se expresó que el platillo que se pidió fue menos de lo que se esperaba en porción, amablemente Jesús informó a la capitana de meseros y solucionó el detalle. En ningún momento se fue grosero, y la solicitud pareció ser tomada de la mejor manera. Antes de las diez de la noche, recibimos la cuenta, y de alguna manera se percibió que ya nos estaban corriendo, ya que cierran a las 11 de la noche. No lo pensamos tanto, se pagó y nunca se sospecho de ello. Entiendo que hay restaurantes donde la caja cierra pero en mi experiencia, era al menos diez minutos antes de la hora y en esta ocasión hubo cierta premura. Por otro detalle, hoy 4 de julio regresé, a una hora decente. Sin embargo, al igual que ayer, con media hora de anticipación, igual se nos dio la cuenta y se volvió a percibir que nos estaban corriendo. Sobre esto, percibo que el trato al cliente ha cambiado un poco en el área de capitanes, ya que antes había un mejor acercamiento/trato a la hora del cierre.
